Job Summary HOURS:

Winter 2pm-8pm; Summer 2pm-9pm Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Associate, where you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our valued customers. This energetic role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail environment. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere, promote products through engaging demos, and support overall store success. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience, answering questions with clear communication and professionalism Operate PMS (property management service) systems accurately to process sales, re while handling cash and card transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support supervising staff during busy periods by helping manage daily operations and ensuring a positive shopping experienceSkills Demonstrated supervising experience or ability to assist in team leadership roles Ability to perform math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions Familiarity with PMS systems, cashiering procedures, and math concepts Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving approachJoin us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service while growing your expertise!
