Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and satisfied. Whether taking orders, managing cash registers, or assisting with food preparation, your positive attitude will drive the success of our fast-paced food service operation. Duties Greet customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items or products Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity Prepare food items following safety standards, including basic food prep, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including bussing tables and ensuring food safety standards are met Assist in food preparation tasks in the quick-service environment to ensure timely service Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Follow all sanitation procedures, including proper food storage, cleaning, and hygiene practices Reports to team lead on the shift. Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast-food restaurant, or retail environment preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated ability in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for transactions and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a restaurant or café setting with a focus on customer service and serving guests Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
