This role includes taking orders, assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Process cash and card transactions through the POS system. Answer menu questions and assist guests with selections. Prepare and organize pickup orders for customers. Keep the counter, dining area, and service stations clean. Restock cups, utensils, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies. Work with kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently. Qualifications Previous restaurant, cashier, or hospitality experience is helpful. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable using a POS system or learning new technology. Able to stay organized during busy service periods. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
