As a Front of House/Cashier , you'll be one of the friendly faces guests see when they walk through the door. You'll help customers get exactly what they're craving, keep things moving during the lunch or dinner rush, and be part of a team where everyone pitches in. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and help them find their new favorite McAlister's meal. Take orders and run the register , making sure every transaction is quick and accurate. Handle cash and card payments and keep your register on point. Recommend menu favorites, drinks, desserts, and add-ons when you see an opportunity to level up a guest's order. Keep the restaurant looking fresh , from the counter to the dining area. Help prepare food and follow McAlister's food-safety and cleanliness standards. Jump in wherever your team needs you —especially when the restaurant gets busy. Create a welcoming, upbeat experience that makes guests want to come back.
