We are looking for a hard-working, dependable candidate with genuine leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Head Cashier Responsibilities Lead and support cashier and front-end employees Organize the workflow and ensure efficient front-end operations Train and guide fellow employees Provide friendly and helpful customer service Handle cash and process payments accurately Perform opening and closing procedures Oversee and manage the coffee station Ensure front-end and coffee areas remain clean, organized, and sanitary Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance needs Address customer concerns and communicate feedback to management Ensure employees follow store, health, and safety procedures Report to the Floor Manager and assist with daily store operations Cashier & Barista Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly service Process cash, credit card, and other payments Take customer orders and pay attention to individual preferences Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea Serve prepared foods such as pastries, cookies, and muffins Answer questions about drinks, ingredients, and menu items Make recommendations and promote special items when appropriate Follow recipes and proper beverage preparation procedures Keep the cashier and coffee station clean and stocked Maintain clean mugs, plates, and other service items Operate brewing and coffee equipment properly Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management Qualifications Previous cashier, barista, server, or customer service experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead and work well with a team Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing equipment is a plus Reliable and punctual Flexible availability, including weekends High school diploma or equivalent preferred
