Responsibilities Operate cash registers accurately, handling all sales transactions with precision and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries. Manage cash drawer handling, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure products are well-organized, appealing, and available for customers. Support store operations by assisting with inventory management, including stocking and merchandising products as needed. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members alike. Skills Proven experience operating POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations. Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and basic inventory management. Familiarity with cashiering duties including cash handling procedures and cash drawer management.
