Pizza Gourmet Restaurant in Mamaroneck, NY is looking for a friendly and energetic

FULL TIME

- Counter Person/Cashier to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. Experience is preferred, willing to train. If you love food and people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter with a positive, professional attitude Accurately take and process customer orders in a timely manner Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions using a POS system Maintain a clean and organized counter and front-of-house area Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy Assist with food packaging and order preparation as needed Address customer questions, concerns, and special requests efficiently

Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail cashier role preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
