Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Conduct product demos to help customers understand features and benefits of various items Upsell related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls, addressing questions or directing calls appropriately Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with a friendly phone manner Experience in upselling Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and transaction accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and patience in busy settings We value energetic individuals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding service every day!
