$12 per hour This role begins as a cashier position, with a clear path toward Manager-in-Training based on performance. Standards of Cleanliness - Maintain floors, counters, coolers, restrooms, and shelves without needing constant direction. Operational Discipline Keep coolers stocked, rotate inventory properly, face shelves, and maintain strong store presentation. Strong Theft Awareness Stay alert, especially around high-theft items such as vapes and candy. Be attentive to behavior patterns and distractions. Protect the business through professionalism and awareness.
