Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a genuine approach to hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and genuine manner Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards Maintain accuracy and efficiency when entering orders into the POS system Assess guest needs, make recommendations, and answer questions about beverages Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed Assist with front of house responsibilities Build rapport with guests, including recognizing regulars Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service What We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but not required.
