Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service to guests. Assist with daily restocking of merchandise, beverages, and retail supplies. Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming inventory according to established procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and accurate stockroom areas. Monitor sales floor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to leadership. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking, recovery, cleaning, and securing merchandise. Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process customer transactions using cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Assist guests with general information and help create a welcoming and engaging environment. Support guest flow and queuing as needed. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures. Maintain a strong focus on workplace and guest safety. Lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and support other operational needs as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, food & beverage, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactive, positive, and engaging personality. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to learn and follow safety and operational procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Interest in entertainment, movies, television, or pop culture. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think creatively. Additional language skills are a plus.
