Duties Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service. Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, supporting kitchen operations and food handling procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to assist in food preparation and cooking processes. Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash with accuracy during busy hours. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Upsell menu items by engaging with customers to enhance their experience while increasing sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing food service orders, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation standards. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions. Experience working in retail or grocery store environments is beneficial but not required.
