Your duties will include greeting customers, operating the POS system accurately, answering menu questions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred. Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
Answer guest questions about menu items and specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Respond to guest complaints professionally and help resolve issues.
Assist with fulfilling guest orders by boxing or bagging items.
Ensure proper stickers are placed on orders for identification.
Warm orders when necessary to ensure quality.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Communicate low stock levels of display case items to management.
Update menus and inventory status in the POS system.
Answer phone calls when needed.
Handle various payment options including gift cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
