Job Description

At L.P.T. Retail Management Services, LLC, we strive to provide great experiences everyday for our customers. As a Fuel Desk Cashier, you will need to be highly skilled in accurately processing large diesel fuel transactions, handling payments in cash, checks, and credit cards. You will need to be efficient in multi-tasking the processing of customer transactions involving merchandise, truck scales, shower reservations, different forms of transmitting communications, and handling the personal check-cashing process. Having prior experience would be to your advantage. This position requires good communication and cash-handling skills and good personal grooming habits. Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift. We expect all of our team members to: Complete all shift duties as assigned. All employees are expected to safeguard the company's assets unless their own physical safety, or that of co-workers or customers, may be jeopardized. Pay immediate attention to any spill or other hazardous condition. Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Store Manager. Clean rest rooms, deli equipment, dusting shelves and merchandise, windows, doors, empty trash cans, sweeping and mopping. Advise store manager of any situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance. Sweep lot, shovel snow, clean gas pumps, fills water/cleaning solution buckets on islands. Ability to read, understand and write the English language at the eighth-grade level, including the ability to hear the spoken word. Eighth-grade level math competency in order to make change, complete shift reports, and account for numbers of a variety of products during vendor check-in. Ability to lift up to 80lbs, stand/walk entire shift Thrives in a "Quick Pace" environment
