This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales leader who thinks like an owner and is motivated by long-term wealth creation through meaningful equity participation rather than a traditional executive salary package. The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a sales organization, and helping shape the strategic direction of the company as a key member of the executive leadership team and equity partner. Key Responsibilities Own and achieve company revenue and growth targets. Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy. Build, lead, and mentor a sales team. Establish scalable sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and operational discipline. Personally drive strategic enterprise sales opportunities and key partnerships. Collaborate closely with other team members to accelerate growth. Contribute to corporate strategy and market expansion efforts. Qualifications Proven successful B2B SaaS/software sales experience. Proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performance sales teams. Experience selling CRM, SaaS, enterprise software, or adjacent technologies. Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Highly accountable, results-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a builder, not a manager.
