Job Description
We are looking to fill a Field Agent position (Immediate Start!). Green Leaf Remodeling is a construction & Remodeling Company specifying in all types of home renovation construction projects. We are looking for self-motivated outgoing individuals to join our team! We offer competitive wages with a $1000 retention bonus for employees lasting past 90 days. Hours are from Sunday- Thursday from 11:00am - 8:00pm Friday and Saturday off . Make up to $1200+ a week with weekly pay. Daily bonus opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport (in person door to door) Talk with customers about our amazing company Connect with homeowners about construction and remodeling ideas Efficiently utilize company online content to show homeowners our work Our Employees enjoy: Hourly pay rate of $16.90-20.00/hr plus extra money can be made daily on appointments ($100-$500 plus extra per day on top) $200-$1,000 commission average on each closed job Paid training Retention bonus of $1000 eligible for lasting past the 90th day Advancement opportunities into leadership roles in our company Full-time hour work weeks Competitive Company bonus and hourly raise systemJob Type:
