Appointment Setter (Full-Time)

Role:

Solarise is growing fast and seeking motivated, energetic Canvassers to help homeowners learn about the benefits of switching to solar energy. In this role, you'll work outdoors, going door-to-door to generate leads and set appointments for solar consultations. This is not a door-to-door sales position with hard-closing requirements. We are seeking a motivated individual eager to join a great company and earn a good living. Customers will get a $50 gift card for taking a look at a proposal! You'll focus on scheduling these appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do:

Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods in different cities (no hard selling) Engage homeowners and explain briefly about our solar programs. Set appointments for no-obligation solar consultations Log appointments and follow-ups in the company system Attend training and team meetings

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and professional communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation is required to go to the assigned areas Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is a plus (but not required) Why Join Solarise? Five days per week (occasional weekend work as needed)
