Overview Are you a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven professional ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be on the front lines of driving revenue—engaging directly with homeowners, door-to-door sales, identifying their needs, and offering top-quality roofing solutions. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Identify new sales opportunities through business development and lead generation. Negotiate and close roofing contracts while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Manage existing accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell high quality roofing systems where appropriate. Provide technical sales support—understand roofing products and answer customer questions effectively. Experience & Skills Needed Prior experience in sales (roofing or home improvement preferred, but not required). Background in account management and client retention is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and work independently. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
