Full Job Description What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Physically able to climb ladders and navigate rooftops safely
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Laptop or tablet for video calls (we can provide if needed)
• No solar experience required — we provide full paid training on what to photograph and how to assess a site
• Construction, roofing, home inspection, or trades background is a plus but not required Why This Role?

Answer the call to move forward! Surf Clean Energy is hiring Solar Site Assessors to conduct on-site property evaluations for homeowners interested in going solar. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't mind getting on a roof, taking measurements, and snapping photos. Every appointment is pre-scheduled and confirmed before you arrive — no cold calling, no canvassing, no chasing leads. You show up, assess the property, open your laptop to connect with our inside sales team, and they take it from there.

What You Earn:

• $26/hour base pay

Typical Assessment Looks Like:

1. Review your schedule of confirmed appointments for the day 2. Drive to the homeowner's property 3. Introduce yourself and walk the property with the homeowner 4. Get on the roof to photograph shingles, vents, and obstructions 5. Take photos of the electrical panel, meter, and main service 6. Open your laptop and connect the homeowner with our inside sales team via video call 7. Our sales team handles the presentation while you're on-site 8. Wrap up and head to the next appointment
