$55k - $85k+)

A rock-solid $16/hr. base so your bills are paid, plus massive bonuses when your appointments turn into sales.

Rapid Promotion:

We promote entirely from within. Master this role, and you move up to Manager or Sales Closer.

What You Will Do:

Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment (5 hours a day on your feet). Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods to generate interest in free remodeling estimates. Overcome basic objections with a positive attitude.

What You Need:

Grit:

The physical stamina to walk neighborhoods and the mental toughness to handle rejection.

A loud, confident voice and a positive attitude.

Clean Record:
