Pointer Painting is looking for a self-motivated and goal-driven Canvasser to join our team in the Nashville area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people, and working toward clear goals. You'll be responsible for connecting with homeowners, generating leads, and scheduling estimates for residential painting projects. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be comfortable speaking with homeowners, professional, reliable, and physically able to walk outdoors for extended periods .

Compensation Package:

$18/hour base pay Weekly scheduled appointment bonus Weekly sold-job bonus Weekly yard sign bonus 5 days of PTO every 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods Speak with homeowners and generate painting leads Schedule estimates with interested homeowners Place 10 yard signs per week Scout surrounding neighborhoods for additional opportunities Maintain a minimum goal of 1 lead per 1.5 hours Represent Pointer Painting in a professional manner Track daily canvassing activity and results

Qualifications:

Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable speaking with homeowners Positive and professional attitude Physically able to walk outdoors for extended periods Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working independently outdoors Strong communication and people skills
