What You'll Be Doing:
This is a sales-focused position. Unlike many roofing companies, you won't be responsible for managing production or overseeing projects after the sale. That allows you to stay focused on what you do best—building relationships and helping homeowners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting with homeowners to inspect roofing needs Building relationships throughout your community and professional network Generating your own opportunities through referrals and networking Educating homeowners on roofing solutions and replacement options Preparing proposals and closing sales Maintaining customer relationships throughout the sales process Keeping accurate notes and activity within our CRM What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred Roofing or exterior remodeling experience is a plus—but not required Experience in windows, HVAC, remodeling, automotive sales, real estate, pest control, solar, or other in-home sales industries transfers well Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent follow-up habits Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license We're looking for people who understand that long-term success comes from earning trust—not applying pressure.
