As a Roofing Sales Canvasser, you will go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, introduce our roofing services, and identify potential customers who may need a roof inspection. You do not need previous roofing experience—we provide training. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, motivated, and comfortable talking with people . Your ability to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments can increase your earnings through commission. Responsibilities Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about their roofing needs Introduce and explain our roofing services Identify potential roofing or storm-damage concerns Schedule appointments for roof inspections Collect and accurately record customer and lead information Use a mobile phone or tablet to track leads and appointments Meet daily and weekly lead-generation goals Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when representing the company Communicate with the sales team regarding leads and appointments Qualifications Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable and professional Comfortable walking and working outdoors Able to handle rejection and remain positive Sales, canvassing, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual is a plus Benefits $10.00/hour + Commission Flexible schedule Paid on-the-job training No roofing experience required Opportunities for advancement Sales and communication training Performance-based earning potential Schedule Flexible scheduling available Daytime and afternoon hours Must be available to work in assigned neighborhoods Work Location In person If you're energetic, enjoy meeting new people, and want an opportunity to earn additional income through sales and commissions, apply today!
