Job Description We are looking for a motivated and engaging Canvass Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of field canvassers. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets Assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally Track performance metrics and report on team results Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas

Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable Comfortable working outdoors and in a face-to-face environment Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is required
