We specialize in transforming ordinary backyards into beautiful, high-end outdoor living spaces. We're looking for outgoing, motivated, and hardworking Canvassers to join our neighborhood marketing team. As a Canvasser, you'll work outdoors, visit local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and help schedule FREE outdoor living and hardscape consultations with our sales team. You're not expected to sell the project. Your job is to start conversations, identify homeowners who are interested in improving their property, and schedule qualified appointments. • Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
• Introduce homeowners to AR Outdoor Living Group and our services.
• Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.
• Identify homeowners interested in improving their outdoor spaces.
• Schedule FREE consultations/estimates for our sales team.
• Represent AR Outdoor Living Group professionally at all times.
• Walk designated neighborhoods and follow assigned routes.
• Place neighborhood marketing materials when appropriate.
• Track appointments and daily activity using a smartphone.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams.

Compensation Weekly Earnings During Training:

After Training:

Work Schedule The schedule may include afternoon/evening neighborhood canvassing and weekend hours. Typical canvassing hours are designed around the times homeowners are most likely to be home. Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview. Requirements To be successful in this position, you'll need:
