You're on your feet, you're reading people fast, and your pay reflects exactly how good you are at the job. We sell an anti-fog cleaner — glasses, mirrors, windshields, screens — and we demo it live in high-traffic malls. The product sells itself once people see it work. Your job is to make sure they stop long enough to see it. What your day looks like You set up at your mall location, demo the product to passing shoppers, and close sales. You'll get fast at reading who's ready to buy and how to keep a conversation going naturally. We're hands-on with training. You're not thrown in cold. What you'll earn This is 100% commission. Experienced reps average $20 to $30 an hour on weekdays and $30 to $60 an hour on weekends when foot traffic peaks. Your first few weeks will be slower. We train you through them. This is not a job where you hit those numbers on day one. It is a job where people who commit hit them consistently. Pay is daily. Who succeeds here Former servers, retail associates, and athletes tend to thrive here. People who are comfortable approaching strangers, don't wilt on a slow day, and want their paycheck to reflect their effort rather than their tenure. Sales experience is not required. People skills are non-negotiable. Requirements Available on weekends. Non-negotiable, this is when volume is highest. Reliable transportation to Ontario Mills and surrounding locations. Comfortable on your feet for most of your shift. Coachable through the learning curve. Location is Ontario, CA with occasional travel to other mall locations and pop-up shows.
