The RSS is a Christ-follower who sets an example for believers and nonbelievers and leads a life that is above reproach. MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the RSS is to provide high-level value-added administrative support to the Executive Director, regional administrative support staff, and Mentoring Alliance program directors in their region.
KEY RESULT AREAS 1.
Executive Director Administrative Support Provides high-level operational support to the Regional Executive Director, manages calendars and communications, leads program pipeline management through Breezy and Salesforce, and ensures candidates and mentors progress through the appropriate stages. Serves as the Operating Team L10 scribe and subject matter expert on EOS, supporting accountability and consistent execution. 2. Regional Support Coordinates regional data collection and safety audit completion with the Program Development team, maintains program evaluation data, and leads team culture initiatives including chapel, recognition, meetings, communications, and celebrations. 3. Regional Meeting Preparation Coordinates and prepares agendas, presentations, documents, and key materials for board, program, and advisory council meetings. Serves as meeting scribe for Advisory Council and other team meetings as needed, ensuring key discussions, decisions, and action items are documented. 4. Liaise between Region & HQ Facilitates cross-departmental requests and collaboration, coordinates meetings, and supports process improvements to strengthen organizational alignment. Assists the Executive Director with strategic planning efforts to ensure regional priorities remain connected to broader organizational goals. 5.
Manage Regional Projects:
Leads assigned regional projects from planning through implementation, coordinating project teams, meetings, follow-up, and execution. Supports external partnerships with universities, colleges, churches, and other community organizations, while coordinating with the Events Director and regional programs to ensure successful completion of event and project-related initiatives. 6.
Regional Facilities & Donor Administration:
Supports the Executive Director in developing and maintaining relationships with donors, church partners, vendors, and key community leaders while overseeing regional office operations and ensuring the office remains organized, functional, and well-maintained. 7. Other Duties as Assigned by the ED Any other duties to serve the ministry as assigned. Serves on appropriate committees; attends staff meetings, board meetings, Advisory Council meetings, and other staff functions. Strengthens teamwork, collaboration, alignment, morale, transparency, credibility, and trust throughout the ministry. Fulfills necessary tasks, projects, or roles as assigned.
