Job Description

We are seeking a Membership Administrator to support member services, maintain membership records, and assist with renewals, communications, and program coordination. The Membership Admin is responsible for ensuring accurate member data, processing new memberships and renewals, and responding to member inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and database management experience.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update membership databasesProcess applications, renewals, and cancellationsRespond to member questions and service requestsSupport membership campaigns and outreach effortsPrepare reports on membership activity and trendsAssist with events, mailings, and member communications
