Job Summary The work study program provides funds for part-time employment to help students finance the costs of postsecondary education. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student's course of study. The program is designed to provide students with an opportunity for employment arranged around class schedules, while providing essential services to the College and the community. Essential Functions The Membership Representative will engage in meaningful conversation with Trail Point's members, guests, DMACC students, faculty, and staff. Follow policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety for all members and staff. Work collaboratively alongside Trail Point staff, practice strong communication and be inclusive of others. Become well versed in Trail Points offerings including hours of operation, membership structure & pricing, tours, form management, sales processing, and more. Required Qualifications Complete First Aid, CPR/AED Certification within 60 days of hire. Must possess strong communication skills in person and on the phone and have strong attention to detail. Ability to make independent and sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to address member concerns and account issues professionally. Ability to reflect a positive attitude and teamwork. Must be able to work during Trail Point's hours of operation - including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Desired Qualifications Work Schedule 10 hours per week during these hours: Weekdays between 4:30am to 9:30pm ; Weekends between 6:30am to 5:30pm.
