Full Time Location:
Davison, MI 48423 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Refresher Specialist to join our team in Davison, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive timely and effective refresher training and support to maintain their engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Communicate with members to schedule and confirm refresher appointments. Maintain accurate records of member training and progress. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent member experience. Identify areas where members may need additional support or resources. Provide feedback and reports to management regarding member engagement and training outcomes. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates relevant to member training. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in training, customer service, or member support roles is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
