Job Description

We are looking for a Member Services Representative to support a healthcare organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota during a high-volume period. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting members, managing administrative tasks, and working in a fast-moving service environment. The role combines customer support, online research, and data review to help maintain accurate member information and deliver responsive day-to-day service.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member and call center inquiries by phone and through shared inbox channels, providing timely and accurate support
  • Handle routine service requests such as updating contact details, locating account information, and resolving general membership questions
  • Review and organize member records to improve data accuracy, including verifying status changes through appropriate online research
  • Support membership campaign preparation by assisting with record updates, list maintenance, and administrative follow-up tasks
  • Perform data checks and cleanup activities to ensure information in internal systems remains current and reliable
  • Use SharePoint and other internal resources to access documentation, reference materials, and process guidance
  • Provide strong day-to-day assistance to the member services team in a hybrid work setting, including in-office collaboration on designated days
