• Welcome and assist members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Conduct gym tours and promote memberships and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work with the manager and team members to meet sales goals and drive club success.
• Handle front desk operations, memberships, and member accounts.
• Take initiative and show pride in every detail, big or small! Who You Are A team player who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic. Sales driven and self-motivated. Friendly, dependable, and passionate about fitness and people. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or fitness (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• CPR/AED certified (or within 30 days of hire)
