Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Off-Premise Specialist to support the execution of sales and marketing activities in retail accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining strong in-store product visibility, executing sampling events, and ensuring that displays and shelf placements meet company standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in both field and office environments. Key Responsibilities Merchandise and position products according to company standards and retailer requirements. Build, organize, and maintain displays, shelves, and points of distribution. Execute product samplings and consumer tasting events professionally and responsibly. Conduct regular visits to assigned off-premise accounts, including liquor stores and other retail locations. Monitor product placement, pricing, and inventory levels, and communicate opportunities or issues. Develop positive working relationships with store personnel and managers. Complete and submit activity reports, market feedback, and visit recaps in a timely manner. Prepare and send summary reports and follow-up emails to Pedro regarding account visits, sampling activities, and marketplace observations. Perform administrative, office, or warehouse-related duties on days when field visits or account activities are not scheduled. Assist with inventory organization, promotional materials, and operational support as needed. Travel Requirements This position requires local travel between retail accounts and event locations in Miami Qualifications Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills. Proficiency with email and basic office software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities. Ability to lift and move promotional materials, displays, and product cases as needed. Previous experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods (CPG), merchandising, retail, or brand promotion is preferred.
