In this role, you will help ensure products are received, sorted, processed, and prepared efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality, organization, and safety. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows established procedures, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unpack, sort, and organize incoming merchandise according to company procedures. Inspect items for accuracy, condition, and quality, and report any discrepancies or damage. Prepare merchandise for processing, labeling, tagging, stocking, or shipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and product handling. Operate scanning or processing equipment safely and effectively, when applicable. Assist with restocking, merchandise presentation, and backroom organization. Follow safety guidelines, workplace policies, and operational standards at all times. Support team goals by completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or merchandise handling is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer or scanning system familiarity is a plus. Ability to lift, carry, push, or move merchandise as required by the role.
