Position:

Return Merchandise Authorization Specialist Location:

Arlington Heights, IL Hours:

7:30-4, or 8-4:30 w/30 min lunch and 2 15-minute breaks

Required Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers/vendors at all levels Proven ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and be flexible in shifting priorities in a fast paced and changing environment (Very busy, slammed with RMA) Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and on occasion work in the warehouse (check serial#'s, labels, etc.) Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to quickly learn business specific software

Preferred Experience:

Syspro Distribution Environment dealing w/returns

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
