The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and management. As a support specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, maintaining an organized store environment, and supporting management as needed. Store employees should be able to lift and move 30 lbs., available to work 30 hours weekly during all shift times and be comfortable working all aspects of the store independently. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise effectively. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions. Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve an optimal customer experience and maintain high standards of store presentation. Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell items to customers. Support management with inventory analysis, order preparation, and marketing. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers positively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. This is a 30 hour a week opportunity. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
