Daytime/Nighttime About Wren Contracting LLC Wren Contracting LLC specializes in professional retail remodeling, fixture installation, steel replacement, millwork, and commercial project execution across the US. We work with major retail environments to complete remodels, resets, fixture installations, and multi-store rollouts efficiently and professionally. We are looking for dependable Merchandise Associates to join our growing field crews. Position Overview As a Merchandise Associate, you will assist with retail remodeling and merchandising projects, including fixture installation, product moves, resets, store renovations, and general project support. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with a team, staying active, and traveling to different job sites. Responsibilities- Assist with retail remodels, merchandise resets, and fixture installations
- Move, organize, and merchandise products according to project specifications
- Assist with installation and replacement of store fixtures, shelving, displays, rack systems, and millwork
- Assist with steel replacement and retail rack-system projects
- Assist with millwork and cabinet installation
- Safely use basic hand and power tools
- Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Communicate professionally with crew leaders, project managers, and store personnel
- Travel to various retail locations throughout the Southeast
- Perform overnight work as required by project schedules Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with daytime, overnight/Daytime, and flexible schedules
- Able to lift, carry, and move merchandise and materials
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work for extended periods
- Basic construction, merchandising, retail, or fixture-installation experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
- Willingness to travel is required
- Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer
