The Associate Digital Merchandiser is responsible for executing and optimizing category-level digital experiences to support overall ecommerce strategy. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver compelling site presentations, leverage data-driven insights, and enhance the customer journey to drive conversion and sales performance. Responsibilities Execute and maintain category pages, ensuring accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned digital storytelling Optimize onsite merchandising strategies, including product assortment, placement, and navigation Analyze ecommerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior) to identify trends and opportunities Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and key business initiatives across digital channels Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Creative teams to align site content with broader business goals Monitor site performance and recommend enhancements to improve the customer experience and conversion rates Assist in A/B testing, personalization strategies, and continuous optimization efforts Ensure product data, content, and imagery are complete, accurate, and timely Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights Experience working with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), or similar systems Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred Core Competencies Drives Results Action Oriented Collaborates Decision Making Nimble Learning Benefits Feeling good starts with you.
