Clearwater, FL Job Purpose:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and merchandising-savvy Merchandising Administrative Associate (MAA) to support our Account Executive team in executing product development, sales presentations, and retail operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background or interest in retail merchandising , product development , or sales operations who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Order & Project Tracking:

Monitor purchase orders, packaging approvals, sample status, and shipment timelines using spreadsheets and internal systems.

Presentation & Reporting Support:

Assist in preparing customer presentations, compiling sell-through data, inventory reports, and post-sales recaps.

Sample Management:

Photograph, organize, pack/unpack product samples for meetings and presentations.

Data Entry & Communication:

Maintain accurate records and follow up on communications with internal teams, Asia offices, and retail partners.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Support travel planning, meeting scheduling, and calendar management for the account team. Assist with expense reports and proofing communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Interest or experience in retail merchandising , product development , or sales operations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint , and data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable lifting 25-35 lbs. (for sample handling) College degree preferred

Additional Details:
