In this role, you will be responsible for installing fixtures, implementing planograms, and merchandising products to enhance store presentation and optimize sales. Duties Install retail fixtures, shelving, signage, and displays according to schematics and planograms to ensure consistent brand presentation. Execute merchandising strategies by stocking shelves, managing inventory control, and ensuring product placement aligns with marketing plans. Conduct remodeling and interior design tasks within stores to refresh layouts and improve customer flow. Use mobile devices and POS systems for inventory management, pricing updates, and sales transactions. Communicate effectively with store management and clients to coordinate installation schedules, provide updates, and address any on-site issues. Operate material handling equipment such as ladders and manual handling tools safely for heavy lifting and fixture installation. Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after installations while adhering to safety standards related to ladder use and heavy lifting. Requirements Proven supervising experience or leadership skills in retail or merchandising environments. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design adjustments or promotional material review. Knowledge of schematics, planogram implementation, visual merchandising principles, and store management practices. Experience with remodeling projects or interior design concepts is a plus. Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely for transportation between locations; valid driver's license required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and training & development activities. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods. Basic math skills for inventory counts, pricing adjustments, and retail math calculations. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse teams or clients. Pay:
