Merchandising Manager iPROMOTEu - 3.4 Wayland, MA Job Details $80,000 - $100,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Employee relationship building Full Job Description Purpose The Merchandising Manager is a strategic manager responsible for defining and executing iPROMOTEu's overall product strategy, assortment, and vendor relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance customer value in the promotional products industry. This role requires deep market insight, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our product offerings remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with client needs and industry trends. In addition, the Merchandising Manager is a key team member and assists in maintaining the Vendor Management inbox, sourcing support, communications, internal systems, and supplier created marketing offers on a daily or as needed basis. Responsibilities Develop and implement long-term merchandising strategies, defining product categories, target markets, and growth opportunities. Curate and manage a diverse, competitive product line, identify trends, innovations, and new product introductions. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and promotional support. Utilize sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decisions, optimize product performance, and identify profitability drivers. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure integrated strategies and cohesive customer experiences. Facilitate iPVP specific Webinars Maintain Supplier resources, flyers, self-promos and discounts held within internal systems Provide creative input and facilitate all orders for the Anniversary Program, Specialty Mailings, and Events. Undertakes additional responsibilities as business needs evolve, at the direction of management Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum of three years' experience within the promotional products industry, preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with suppliers, preferred Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, G Suite preferred Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks with little to no supervision preferred.
