Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Title & Parts Runner to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial truck dealership. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering vehicle titles, parts, documents, and other dealership-related items while assisting various departments with daily operational needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, organized, and able to manage multiple errands and priorities throughout the day. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, safe driving, and the ability to represent the dealership professionally when interacting with vendors, customers, DMV-related offices, auction facilities, parts suppliers, and business partners. Key ResponsibilitiesTitle & DMV Support Pick up and deliver vehicle titles and title-related documents. Deliver and retrieve documents from DMV, financial institutions, vendors, auctions, and other locations as needed. Assist with title paperwork and documentation as directed. Verify that documents and titles received match the appropriate vehicle or transaction. Maintain organized records of documents picked up and delivered. Communicate any missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation to management. Assist with registration and title-related errands. Parts Department Support Pick up and deliver parts from local vendors and suppliers. Deliver parts between dealership locations, vendors, and customers as needed. Verify parts and quantities before leaving the vendor. Assist the Parts Department with organizing and transporting parts. Return incorrect or damaged parts to vendors. Maintain receipts and delivery documentation. Dealership Support Run daily errands for Sales, Service, Parts, Accounting, and Management. Pick up and deliver checks, documents, invoices, keys, and other dealership materials. Assist with vehicle-related errands, including moving vehicles between approved locations when authorized. Assist with local vendor and customer deliveries. Maintain a daily log of errands, deliveries, pickups, and completed assignments. Help keep the dealership organized and operationally efficient. Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles while conducting dealership errands. Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Perform basic vehicle inspections before operating company vehicles. Immediately report accidents, damage, mechanical concerns, or safety issues to management. Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. Qualifications Valid California driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple errands and changing priorities. Professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Ability to lift and carry parts, boxes, and documents as needed. Previous dealership, automotive, commercial truck, parts, DMV, or title experience is a plus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
