Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with vendors to locate and order the correct parts efficiently. Receive, mirror match, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy before distribution. Ensure timely distribution of parts to technicians, aligning with the production schedule to maintain workflow efficiency. Manage prompt returns of unneeded parts and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely account credits. Maintain a clean and organized parts area to enhance production efficiency. Attend and actively participate in team and production meetings to stay aligned with departmental goals. Lunch at your 4th hour from start time. Adhere to
PPE Guidelines:
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, on the shop floor to promote a safe working environment.
Time Management:
Manage your schedule effectively to ensure lunch breaks are taken before the fifth hour of your shift, supporting optimal productivity.
Sense of Urgency:
Demonstrate a proactive approach in all tasks, responding quickly to the needs of the team and adjusting priorities as necessary to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years of experience in collision parts experience is heavily preferred
Lifting:
Ability to lift bulky and heavy parts like wheel and tire or full door assemblies (50-150 lbs) and willingness to use dollies and appropriate equipment to move them safely and carefully.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
Tech-Savvy:
Requires Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook email and basic Excel use; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
Team Player:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others to achieve common goals.
Legal Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid Social Security card and Driver's license or an equivalent documentation as required by law in California. Join Us in Making a
