Sarracco Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic service team. Key responsibilities include inventory maintenance, stock orders, and materials research. Do you have a strong work ethic, experience in a busy service department, and a professional attitude? General Duties include but are not limited to: Build and send service quotes to clients Maintain inventory Computer data entry and updating Stock orders for monthly service contracts and inventory Research and order materials for service quotes and repairs Working with companywide departments as needed Processing returns Support Parts Manager Incumbent should possess: High school or equivalent Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills verbal and written Exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Success managing competing demands High attention to detail HVAC trade knowledge Professional demeanor Proven track record of dependability and reliability for in person work
