Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable parts, accessories, or services. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to assist customers in selecting the right solutions. Manage inventory control and automotive parts management to ensure stock availability and accurate order fulfillment. Conduct sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and processing payments accurately. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up. Maintain comprehensive records using Microsoft Office tools and dealership management software (CMMS) for tracking sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Support vehicle maintenance and automotive repair processes by providing technical advice on vehicle systems and parts. Experience Proven experience in dealership or retail sales within the automotive industry, with a focus on auto parts and accessories sales. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, automotive repair, and mechanical troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer relationship building, and effective communication skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems, CMMS software, POS systems, and retail math principles. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with automotive parts management, stock control, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of customer service is preferred. Organizational skills necessary for inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
