Position:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join an established HVAC & Refrigeration supply company in Shreveport. This position will involve assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring strong customer service for contractors, technicians, and general customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone Provide product information and support customers in selecting appropriate HVAC and refrigeration parts Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately Maintain knowledge of inventory and product lines Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders Ensure the sales counter and showroom area remain clean, organized, and properly stocked Build strong customer relationships and provide timely follow-up on needs or inquiries Handle occasional weekend shifts as needed during peak demand

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial parts is highly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to learn product information and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
