Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Sales Counter Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in parts sales, automotive parts, heavy equipment, industrial supply, agricultural equipment, or a related field who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions. This opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and strong long-term growth potential.   • Assist customers and technicians with identifying, sourcing, and ordering the correct parts.
  • Provide professional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone.
  • Research parts availability, communicate with vendors, and place accurate parts orders.
  • Process sales transactions, purchase orders, and parts requests with attention to detail.
  • Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory records for incoming parts.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, safe, and efficient. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Job Type:
    Full-time, temp-to-hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday.
