00 Base+Commission/month Position Type Full Time Apply Description We are a fast-paced powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and outdoor equipment. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team. Position Summary The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts selection, ordering, and inventory support. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations between the parts and service departments while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs Accurately look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems Process sales, special orders, and returns Maintain proper inventory levels, including receiving and stocking parts Merchandise showroom displays and promote accessory sales Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely job completion Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Other duties as assigned by management Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance. Previous parts, retail, or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of powersports equipment (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) Strong computer and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
