About us RC Fluid Power is a Hydraulic shop in Davison, MI. We are a fast paced, growing company with a close knit team. Our success comes from our employees working together towards a common goal. We are not a large corporation where employees never meet the actual owner, here the owners work side by side with the rest of the team. Our shop is very very busy so the candidate must be able to multitask and do well in a high stress environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phones, checking in customer repairs, making hydraulic hoses and purchasing parts and materials. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This candidate must also have a strong mechanical background. Heavy lifting is required.
