Engaging team events and social activities What the ideal candidate will do:

Support the spare part and repair quotation and ordering process.

Provide timely response to customer inquiries, requests for quotation and order follow up according to departmental procedures.

Quote spare parts and repairs for new and existing equipment.

Process quotations and orders through MRP/ERP system from receipt to delivery.

Arrange logistics from supplier to the customer.

Coordinate with other departments.

High School diploma or equivalent; degree in vocational trade schoolpreferred but not required.2+ years of customer service experience and/or training in a manufacturing, automotive, or production type of environmentpreferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with quotes and estimates.

Must be able toread and interpret machine/automotive parts drawings and bills of materials.

Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills. Microsoft Excel & ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred).
